  • While we don’t currently offer refunds or exchanges, we provide the option to check the size with the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
  • If the size isn’t suitable, you can easily place a new order with your preferred

  • To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note that opening the package before receiving it is not allowed, as per the courier company’s policy.
  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, we’re happy to assist.
